We do not use automated sales funnels for first contact — a real person will read your enquiry and respond with relevant questions or a suggested call slot. This initial exchange helps us understand your business, your goals, and the problems you are trying to solve before any quote is prepared.
The Discovery Call
Most projects begin with a 30 to 45 minute discovery call. This is a working session, not a sales pitch. We will ask detailed questions about your audience, competitors, current pain points, and success metrics. By the end of the call you will have a clearer picture of what is possible, what it will cost, and how long it will take — even if you decide not to proceed with us.
Onboarding and Project Setup
- A signed proposal and 50% deposit to secure your project slot in our calendar.
- A welcome email with your project roadmap, key milestones, and a single point of contact.
- Access to a shared project workspace where all assets, feedback, and files live in one place.
- An introduction to your dedicated project manager who will be your guide from kickoff to launch.
Communication Standards
Clear communication is the foundation of every successful project. You can expect a weekly progress update even during quiet phases, a response to emails within one business day, and scheduled review calls at each major milestone. We work in South African Standard Time but accommodate international clients with flexible meeting hours. If anything ever changes — a delay, a new requirement, a budget consideration — you will hear it from us first, not last.
